Policy For Money Back Guarantee

We provide a 100% refund policy for unsatisfied customers if we fail to deliver their order within 3 days of the set deadline.

In case the client wishes to cancel their order, they can cancel within an hour of order placement. The client will get their money back with a deduction of 15% of the total amount for order processing services.

Client is not entitled to claim refund if their delivered order contains minor mistakes that can be corrected through revision or editing.

Clients are entitled to utilise free revisions until they are satisfied. In case satisfaction is not achieved, clients can:

  • Ask their essay to be written by a different writer
  • Or claim refund by submitting a complaint

Policy For Cancellation Of Order

Essay Plus reserves their right to cancel any order if:

  • The client goes out of contact for a long time
  • The client is caught violating the terms and conditions of the company

Revision Policy

The company provides unlimited and free of cost revisions for the work. If a client is not satisfied with any portion of content or grammar in the delivered order, they can communicate it with the customer support service through website and get the content revised.

Policy For Amendments And Dispute Resolution

If client is not satisfied with the product, they should contact the company regarding the problem, before contacting to any intermediary.

If any intermediary is contacted by the client without notifying the company first, it will be considered as violation of contract.

However, if the dispute cannot be settled between client and the company, both parties can enter in a mutual agreement to reach a solution which may include future discounts and refund.
